Frances is a longtime resident of Portland, Oregon. She has a deep rooted belief in the power of creativity and persistent connections to foster resilient communities. She has worked with various non profit organizations through the years and is also an experiences Natural Builder. Most recently she is raising her daughter while spreading the word about emergency preparedness.
